§ 27-20. Appropriation; forms.

Sections 2, 3, and 19 [§§ 27-2, 27-3 and 27-19] of this law [chapter] shall have the effect of an appropriation of county funds for the purposes therein stated and shall be immediately effective, notwithstanding any lack of appropriations or absence of provisions therefor in the county budget and notwithstanding any budgetary restrictions.

All forms required by this Act [chapter] shall be furnished by the county commissioners.
