Chapter 13. JACKSONVILLE-DUVAL AREA PLANNING BOARD

§ 13-4. Bylaws, rules and regulations; committees and functions.

The board shall have power to adopt, amend, alter, or repeal its own bylaws, rules and regulations governing the manner in which its business is transacted and may provide for the appointment of such committees and functions thereof as the board may deem necessary or expedient in carrying on its business.
