Chapter 13. JACKSONVILLE-DUVAL AREA PLANNING BOARD

§ 13-13. Enforcement of plan.

Whenever the board's comprehensive plan or any part thereof shall be adopted either by the board of county commissioners, the City of Jacksonville, or by any municipality or any adjacent county participating in the program of the area planning board, the enforcement within such local government's territorial limits of said plan or part thereof so adopted shall rest solely with the municipality, or, outside the limits of any municipality, solely with the board of county commissioners.
